✅ Eligible for Return
  • OTC hair care products — unopened, original packaging
  • Damaged or defective products on delivery
  • Wrong product received
  • Products with manufacturing defect
  • Items within 7 days of delivery date
❌ Not Eligible for Return
  • Prescription (Rx) products — all Schedule H drugs
  • Opened or used products of any kind
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging or seals broken
  • Digital products, e-consultations, or AI reports

💊 Rx Product Policy — CDSCO Regulations

Prescription Products are Non-Returnable

Under CDSCO regulations and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, all Schedule H prescription medicines — including Minoxidil 5%, Finasteride, and prescription-grade ketoconazole — cannot be returned or exchanged once dispensed by our licensed pharmacist.

Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Rx Products

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect Rx product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free pharmacist-verified replacement at no cost to you. You are not required to return the damaged item.

🔄 Return Process — Step by Step

Initiate Return Request
Visit your order history or contact us via WhatsApp/email within 7 days of delivery. Provide your Order ID and reason for return (photograph required for damage claims).

Return Approval
Our team reviews your request within 4–6 business hours. Eligible returns are approved and a return pickup is arranged (free in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune).

Pack & Hand Over
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, inserts, and seals intact. Hand it to our courier partner at the scheduled pickup time.

Inspection at Warehouse
Returned item is inspected by our quality team within 1–2 business days of receipt. You'll be notified of the outcome via SMS and email.

Refund Processed
If inspection passes, refund is initiated within 1 business day. It reflects in your account within 3–5 banking days (UPI/cards) or 7–10 days (bank transfer).

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible unopened OTC products within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange for:

  • A different size or variant of the same product
  • A different product of equivalent or higher value (top-up for difference)
  • Store credit of equal value (valid for 12 months)

Exchanges follow the same pickup and inspection process as returns. The replacement item ships within 2 business days of receiving the returned product.

Returns & Refunds — Common Questions

Go to your order history within 7 days of delivery and click 'Request Return' against the eligible item. Alternatively, WhatsApp us your Order ID at +91 98200 00000 and our team will start the return process within 4–6 business hours.
Under CDSCO regulations and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, all Schedule H prescription medicines are non-returnable once dispensed by a licensed pharmacist. This is a legal compliance requirement, not a Hairsncares policy choice.
Refunds are initiated within 1 business day after inspection. UPI refunds reflect in 2–4 banking days, card and net banking refunds in 5–7 banking days, and COD refunds via bank transfer take 7–10 days.
Return pickup is free in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune. For other locations, you can either drop the package at any Bluedart counter or arrange a courier (charges deducted from the refund amount).
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you — even for Rx products. You don't need to return the damaged item in most cases.
